Ingredients: dough (flour (WHEAT, RYE), honey, sugar, EGGS, BUTTER, sourdough starter (RYE flour, water), molasses, spices, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt), filling 15% (carob flour, cocoa)
Gift imprinted honey gingerbread in the shape of a ram, with filling, about 140 g. We make the dough with honey, spices and a natural sourdough starter, press it by hand into a carved wooden mould and bake it – no colourings, no artificial flavourings. A lovely gift for the holidays, to say thank you, or to bring when visiting.
Choose your filling: blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, peach or pear jam, orange marmalade, carob, walnuts with honey, or plum jam with hazelnuts. The ingredients of the selected filling are listed below the filling choice.
Best before: about 30 days (with fruit filling about 3 weeks in summer). Store in closed packaging in a cool, dry place.
