Ingredients: flour (WHEAT, RYE), honey, sugar, EGGS, BUTTER, sourdough starter (RYE flour, water), molasses, spices, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt
Imprinted honey gingerbread in the shape of a heart, without filling, about 85 g. We make the dough with honey, spices and a natural sourdough starter, press it by hand into a carved wooden mould and bake it – no colourings, no artificial flavourings.
Best before: about 45 days. Store in closed packaging in a cool, dry place.
